Digital Guest Lecture with EY: How to reinvent HR in daily business?
We received some special guests in our digital classroom: EY consultants Juliane Haase, Malte Pielhau and Gesa Pudlitzke shared their in-depth perspectives on HR Transformation with our master students.
“We focus on the people side”
As part of the course “International Corporate Strategy”, our master students had the opportunity to attend a digital guest lecture by Juliane Haase, Malte Pielhau and Gesa Pudlitzke, three experienced consultants in People Advisory Services – HR Transformation & Talent at Ernst & Young, one of the big four in the professional services industry.
Our international students gained valuable insights on how to identify HR transformation potential and implement changes. Familiarizing with the HR Transformation Focus Map and discussing practical cases revealed how each company has different needs when it comes to Human Resources and how important it is to find tailor-made solutions. This guest lecture enabled the students to deep dive into the topic in breakout sessions to thoroughly engage with the content and strengthen their key learnings.
