Module Description
The course introduces the challenges of diversity, equity, and inclusion that multinational organizations face today. The course establishes definitions of the focal terms and highlights the relationship between diversity, equity, and inclusion. Further, it discusses individual, team, and organizational management approaches.
Students
- develop an understanding of the challenges of a diverse workforce in organizations
- become acquainted with the relationship between diversity, equity, and inclusion
- gain insight in the role of leadership in managing diversity
- develop the ability to analyze and reflect on organizational diversity management practices
