Cross-Cultural and Diversity Management
People differ with regard to their cultural background, their demographics, knowledge, etc.. They look at the same situatiomns and facts from different angles. Behavioral patterns reflect the different perspectives and influence the dynamics within an organization as well as strategic decision making of the top management team. Whereas cross-cultural management focusses on the different cultural backgrounds of top management team, of business partners, and employees, diversity management considers the diversity of an organization's workforce overall.
